Our 2026 Programs

We offer 12 group programs this year, spanning a wide range of ages and needs. Groups are scheduled based on demand and availability — register your interest below and we'll be in touch when a suitable group is confirmed.

Program 01

Dungeons & Dragons

Teens (12+) & Adults · 8 sessions · 90 min · In-person

Join a small group (3–5 participants) for an 8-session D&D journey led by Game Master and Clinical Psychologist Dr Melina West Rogers. This modified D&D format supports social, emotional, and cognitive development through storytelling, problem-solving, and teamwork. Suitable for social anxiety, autism, or anyone who enjoys creative group activities. No diagnosis required.

Program 02

Secret Agent Society

Ages 8–12

An evidence-based social skills program for children who may experience challenges with emotions, friendships, and everyday social situations. Using a spy-themed format, children learn to recognise emotions, manage anxiety and anger, communicate effectively, problem-solve, and build friendships through interactive activities, role-plays, and real-life practice tasks. Parent involvement is included.

Program 03

Thriving with ADHD

Adults · 4 weeks

This program supports adults to better understand ADHD and develop practical strategies for everyday functioning. Explores focus, organisation, emotional regulation, procrastination, and follow-through — while helping participants build supportive systems around how their brain works best.

Program 04

Career Compass: Finding Your Direction

Ages 16–22

A structured program for young people who feel uncertain about their future career path. Using evidence-based approaches and assessment tools, participants explore their strengths, interests, values, and career options to support more informed decision-making and future planning.

Program 05

Parenting Program: Supporting a Neurodiverse Child

Parents · 8 weeks

A psychologist-led program for parents of children with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, and other neurodivergent profiles. Covers practical strategies for emotional regulation, communication, behaviour, and parent-child connection — plus nervous system regulation, supportive home environments, and connection with other parents.

Program 06

Making the Shift: Transitioning to Year 7

Ages 10–13

A group to support young people as they prepare for the transition to high school. Sessions focus on building emotional resilience, confidence, social connection, and practical skills to help manage the changes associated with starting Year 7 in a supportive environment.

Program 07

LEGO®-Based Therapy Group

Ages 6–16

This group uses collaborative LEGO® activities to support communication, teamwork, and social skills in a structured, engaging way. Suitable for children and young people who may experience social challenges or who prefer hands-on, creative environments. Informed by evidence-based practice.

Program 08

Real Me Rising

Teen Girls · Ages 13–17

A small-group program supporting teenage girls to explore self-esteem, identity, friendships, boundaries, and the impact of social media. Sessions incorporate discussion, creative activities, and practical psychological strategies drawn from evidence-based approaches including CBT and ACT.

Program 09

Women's Wellness & Resilience

Adults · 8 weeks

A holistic group program designed to support women aged 18+ experiencing hormonal health challenges, including PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility concerns, perimenopause, and stress-related symptoms. Combining evidence-based education, practical wellbeing strategies, and peer support, this program helps women better understand their bodies, strengthen emotional resilience, improve self-care, and cultivate greater health, balance, and vitality.

Program 10

DBT Skills Group

Adults · 10 sessions

This Dialectical Behaviour Therapy program teaches practical skills across four core areas: mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Participants are supported to apply these skills to everyday challenges including emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and stress.

Program 11

Creative Therapies for Children

Ages 6–10

This group supports children to explore emotions, build confidence, and develop social and regulation skills through creative and play-based activities. Particularly suitable for children who may find it difficult to express themselves through traditional talk-based approaches.

Program 12

Creative Therapies for Teens

Ages 12–18 · 6–8 weeks

A supportive space for young people to explore emotions, identity, stress, and relationships through creative activities including art, journalling, music, and storytelling. Suits teens who prefer a more relaxed, hands-on approach to engaging in therapy.
